home sweet home. 

we would love to invite all of you over to our home for a cuppa, but we don’t have nearly enough chairs. so we set up a cozy home away from home at the Ideal Home Show in London, complete with bathtub, aroma bar, and a lot of squeaky green method products (including some of our coveted “plastic bag rehab” bags).

if you’re in the Earls Court area, please stop by and take a load off (or even a bath). you can find our shiny happy faces at stand 2M1 through the 6th of April. our bottles are popping up all over the show, from the full size eco home and the stylish dream house to the Madame Tussauds celebrity bathrooms of both Leonardo DiCaprio and Simon Cowell (who knew they had that much in common).

you may have spotted these new stylish moisturizing hand washes in your neighborhood Boots recently. their dirty little secret is that they like to strip tease. their labels are completely removable, leaving bare naked bottles on your sink (you can leave the pump on). but don’t dismiss them as shallow. Almond Flower, White Tea, and Olive Leaf strut their stuff with moisturizing vitamin E and jojoba.

in the midst of spring cleaning, we've doubled the number of stores where you can find method. in particular, we are excited that Waitrose recently took in method to each and every store. we’ve been in John Lewis and Ocado for a while now, so it’s nice to get to know the rest of the John Lewis Partnership family.

many of you noticed changes with method at Tesco. Tesco has been testing out the whole method range for the last year (kind of like Cleaning Idol). we’ve been waiting anxiously to hear the results of our singing routines (given that Simon Cowell is a fan). the good news is that Tesco chose the six best performers to take to many more stores. the sad news is that they voted several products out entirely, including some of our favorites. so, if you’re looking for your favorite items no longer at Tesco, click here to find the closest store that carries method.

Your hands say a lot about you.  As the wintery weather continues making it feel more like Christmas than Easter week, we think that you (like us), will love the latest addition to our range.  Our moisturizing hand wash has added vitamin E, jojoba and will soften things up as well as clean.  So no more talking dirty (at least not with your hands).  It comes in 3 variants - Olive Leaf, White Tea, and Almond Flower.  Beautifully packaged but with a penchant for stripping off.  The recycled card packaging slips off easily to reveal a pure designer body to make any bathroom proud.

So go and see them in the flesh.  Pop into your local Boots.  You'll find them next to their older sisters, the iconic gel hand wah and giddy foam hand washes.

the show has begun

we really wanted to meet more of you - the friends we haven't met yet - (you know who you are) from around the UK and settled on moving into the Ideal Home Show. the show runs for a full 24 days from 14th of March to 6th of April - so please come and see us at stand 2M1.

with the help of the entire method team here and in San Francisco we have created a little home away from home - with everything from a coffee table and a bath tub (filled with Tub+tile of course) to our very own dog - Squeaky.

at the show we have all the time in the world to chat - at our aroma bar you can tantalise your senses and win a full Detox your home kit (one up for grabs each day) just by letting us know your favourite method scent.

we are letting our visitors have the first sneak preview of the book that our founders Adam & Eric have written - Squeaky Green - it is a room by room guide to a Happy Healthy home. so come, have a seat and a flick-through.

we have really enjoyed getting to know all the people that make the Ideal Home Show spectacular from Phil and Maxine in the marketing and press offices to the lovely ladies showing people around the beautiful dream and eco homes. so we have lent our products out to several exhibits to lend a little colour.

greener cleaner

We think clean means not leaving a dirty mess, not just at home but all around us. so we like it when you take a little step to be green or even helping others to be a bit greener. And there are lots of resources popping up trying to make us all a little greener cleaner. The nice people working on one of those asked us to give some of our real Bright green cleaners to their readers. So we have.
